We acted as financial advisor and project manager for an investor group in the acquisition of one of the leading private schools in the UK. After being mandated to search for investments in the UK private school sector, we sourced this acquisition opportunity, led the due diligence, negotiated the deal, and managed the post-purchase completion process. As a result, we completed the acquisition at a discounted price relative to its total asset value, well within the client's budget under a very tight timeline.
